I wanted to do the Jack of Hearts because I thought it would be the easiest recreate. I had many ideas how to make it more in the image I wanted it. Also the Jake of Hearts is my favorite card.
I had a hard time keeping the corners and edges from curling up. I solved this by keeping some weight on them for an extended period of time. This in the end though only helped them a little bit and they still curl.
I am very happy with the out come of this project. The knight look of the knight on the front of the card is awsome. Then the gold and silver and gold on it make it pop to me. So in the end I am extremely happy with it.
